OVERVIEW

This website and related services are operated by NeonSportz, LLC (“NeonSportz,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site, creating an account, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

NeonSportz provides league management tools, integrations with third-party platforms such as EA Sports and Discord, mobile and web applications, and related digital services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. NeonSportz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, or access to the Service, without our express written consent.

Headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

SECTION 3 – MADDEN LEAGUE DATA AND THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as EA Sports (including the Madden Companion App) and Discord.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Data from these platforms may not always be accurate, complete, or available.
  • NeonSportz does not control and cannot guarantee the continued operation of third-party platforms.
  • NeonSportz shall not be liable for interruptions, inaccuracies, or discontinuation of third-party services.
  • You grant NeonSportz a license to access, display, and store league data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

SECTION 4 – EA ACCOUNT INTEGRATION DISCLAIMER

Before connecting your EA account, you must read and acknowledge the following:

  • This is an unofficial integration with EA’s services.
  • This integration method was discovered and made public by Snallapa in their blog post.
  • We do not store your EA password. Only authentication tokens required to access EA’s services on your behalf are stored.
  • While we take reasonable measures to ensure security, there is always a risk of account restrictions or bans when using unofficial third-party tools.
  • NeonSportz is not responsible for any actions taken by EA against your account.
  • By proceeding, you acknowledge that you use this integration entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 5 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

If the Service includes paid subscriptions or fees, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

You authorize NeonSportz to charge your provided payment method for recurring subscription fees, unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any transaction that appears fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in accordance with our posted refund policy.

SECTION 6 – USER CONTENT

Users may submit content, including but not limited to text, logos, images, chat messages, and league information (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant NeonSportz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such content as necessary to operate and provide the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. You remain solely responsible for any User Content you provide. NeonSportz reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove User Content in its sole discretion.

SECTION 7 – PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose;
  • To harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others;
  • To impersonate another user or otherwise misrepresent your identity;
  • To upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
  • To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • To engage in match-fixing, cheating, or unfair play in connection with gaming activities;
  • To circumvent any security or access controls.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

SECTION 8 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” NeonSportz makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeonSportz, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 9 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeonSportz, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

SECTION 10 – TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate by ceasing use of the Service.

NeonSportz may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you fail to comply with these Terms. All obligations incurred prior to termination shall survive termination.

SECTION 11 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SECTION 13 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeonSportz regarding the Service, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
